Delete your restaurant account

Last updated: 11/1/2026

If you are a restaurant (merchant) on Drovi and want to close your account, you can request deletion from within your dashboard. This page explains how the process works and what data is removed.

1. Before you delete

  • Fulfil or cancel any open orders first.
  • Withdraw any remaining payout balance from your wallet.
  • Cancel any active Drovi subscriptions first.

2. How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the Drovi restaurant dashboard at drovi.com/login.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

If you cannot sign in, email us at support@droviapp.com from the email address registered to the restaurant.

3. What happens next

  • 15-day grace period. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 15 days later. Your listing is hidden from customers immediately so no new orders can come in.
  • Changed your mind? Sign back in with your password before the 15 days are up and the deletion is cancelled automatically — your listing and menu go live again.
  • After 15 days. Your account and restaurant data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

4. What data is deleted

  • Owner profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
  • Restaurant listing (name, logo, cover image, description, hours)
  • Menu, categories, menu items, variations, sides, and option groups
  • Promotions and vouchers tied to the restaurant
  • Business addresses
  • Staff/rider assignments linked to the restaurant
  • Push-notification tokens

5. What data we keep

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons we retain a limited record of completed orders and payouts (order ID, amounts, dates, payout references) for the period required by applicable law. Reviews left by customers may be retained in anonymised form.

6. Need help?

Email support@droviapp.com. Please include the restaurant name, the owner email, and the phone number on file so we can verify the request.
