You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Order not delivered within the estimated time
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order
  • Food quality issues (damaged, spoiled, or contaminated)
  • Order canceled by the restaurant or shop

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue
  • Include photos if applicable (damaged or incorrect items)
  • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days

3. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, we may offer store credit for future orders.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • Food preferences or taste (unless quality issue)
  • Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order is affected, we may issue a partial refund for the affected items only, rather than the entire order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this time, cancellation depends on the restaurant/shop acceptance.
